Marshall B. Front is Senior Carol Gesior is Senior Vice President of Business Operations at Front Barnett, a Mesirow Company. 

Carol joined Front Barnett at its inception in 1994. She had supervisory responsibility for all administrative functions including accounting, human resources, compliance, and office management. Prior to Front Barnett, she spent three years at Trees Trust and Investment Counsel (the predecessor firm) as the President’s administrative assistant, office manager, HR manager and portfolio administrator until the firm partnered with Marshall Front in 1994.

Carol sits on the Board of a 655-unit luxury condo building and also serves on several of the committees of the Association.  

Carol is a graduate of Robert Morris College. She is also a member of the Society Human Resource Management Organization (SHRM), since 1999.
